it may seem like it should come naturally, breastfeeding is not always
without challenges. Support, education, and correct information
are vital to a good experience.

Course Information
- Benefits of breastfeeding for mother, father, & baby.
- Overcoming doubts and uncertainty.
- The early days of breastfeeding: how to know if the baby is
getting enough milk, jaundice, diaper counts, colostrum and
breastmilk, common occurrences that may cause problems in the
breastfeeding relationship.
- Nursing positions: how-to, benefits, and tips.
- Pumping, bottle feeding, and supplementing.
- Breastfeeding problems and working through them.
- Introducing solids.
- Weaning
This class lasts 3 hours and costs $30. Payment is required prior to class start date unless other
arrangements are made in advance.
Class may be cancelled if a
minimum number of students do not register. In case your class
cancels, you may be offered the option of a private class. The
cost of a private class is $50 and consists of 1 class, 2-3 hours long,
depending on your schedule and that of your teacher.
