This snack is a little powerhouse of health. Cucumber is a good source of fiber and water. If you are dealing with elevated blood pressure, cucumber can help – it’s a great source of potassium and magnesium, which can regulate and lower your blood pressure. Turkey is a great source of low fat protein. The cream cheese is optional in my opinion, but also provides protein, vitamins, and other nutrients. You can substitute your favorite cheese, sandwich spread, or homemade veggie dip.
