Do you want to become a Baby Steps teacher? We are holding a training in the Greenville, SC Area (specific location given after application accepted) from Aug 28-30. The class will be a half day Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday, details TBD. The cost is $350, which would include your first year of teacher dues. In addition to the training, you will have to complete an application, required reading, and a test before you begin teaching.
The training will include 15 hours of education in childbirth, as well as how to teach the Baby Steps curricula. The third day will include training on marketing, logistics, and the Baby Steps website, followed by the test itself.
Once all the components are completed and passed, you will be able to start teaching immediately. If you have not finished the required reading ahead of the training, you will have to certify it’s completion before you begin to teach.
If you are interested, please complete the application form below (payment not required immediately). Once you submit the application, it will be reviewed. When you are accepted into the training, a deposit of $100 will be required to reserve your spot. The balance will be due on July 28. If the amount is prohibitive, please contact Susie about a payment plan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
The deadline to register is 8/25 at 5pm EDT.
